About the Role:

We’re seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our growing hospice team serving patients in the Temecula region. This is a community-based role—you’ll provide clinical care and emotional support to patients and families facing life-limiting illness, primarily in their homes or residential settings.

This is a direct hire position with full TN visa sponsorship and California RN license support for qualified Canadian RNs.


What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct hospice admissions, physical assessments, and care planning
  • Manage pain, symptoms, and medication per palliative protocols
  • Educate caregivers on disease progression and comfort care techniques
  • Document clinical updates and coordinate with interdisciplinary team (MD, social worker, chaplain)
  • Provide compassionate presence and critical decision-making during crisis visits
  • Participate in rotating after-hours support and emergency response calls

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Canadian Citizen (TN Visa eligible)
  • NCLEX Pass
  • 1+ year of nursing experience, ideally in Hospice, Palliative Care, or Geriatrics
  • Eligible for California RN Licensure (we guide you through it)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and cultural sensitivity
  • Willingness to travel locally for home visits (mileage reimbursement provided)

Position Summary:

A compassionate and experienced Hospice RN is needed to join a mission-driven hospice care team serving patients and families in the Murrieta, CA area. This role combines clinical excellence with emotional presence to support patients at the end of life with dignity and comfort.

The RN will provide holistic, patient-centered care in homes and facilities, working closely with physicians, social workers, and chaplains. Full direct hire placement with TN visa sponsorship and California licensing support provided.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing hospice assessments (physical, emotional, psychosocial)
  • Develop and implement individualized end-of-life care plans
  • Administer medications for symptom relief (pain, anxiety, etc.)
  • Educate families on disease progression, comfort measures, and bereavement support
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary team including aides, MSWs, and clergy
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with hospice regulations
  • Participate in on-call rotation and urgent response visits as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Canadian Citizenship (TN Visa eligible)
  • NCLEX Pass
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, or Geriatric Nursing
  • Eligible for California RN Licensure (support available)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong communication, empathy, and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable driving between patient homes and facilities (local mileage reimbursed)
