Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our growing hospice team serving patients in the Temecula region. This is a community-based role—you’ll provide clinical care and emotional support to patients and families facing life-limiting illness, primarily in their homes or residential settings.
This is a direct hire position with full TN visa sponsorship and California RN license support for qualified Canadian RNs.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct hospice admissions, physical assessments, and care planning
- Manage pain, symptoms, and medication per palliative protocols
- Educate caregivers on disease progression and comfort care techniques
- Document clinical updates and coordinate with interdisciplinary team (MD, social worker, chaplain)
- Provide compassionate presence and critical decision-making during crisis visits
- Participate in rotating after-hours support and emergency response calls
Who We’re Looking For:
- Canadian Citizen (TN Visa eligible)
- NCLEX Pass
- 1+ year of nursing experience, ideally in Hospice, Palliative Care, or Geriatrics
- Eligible for California RN Licensure (we guide you through it)
- Current BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and cultural sensitivity
- Willingness to travel locally for home visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
