Position Overview:
A modern, well-respected hospital in Murrieta, CA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Telemetry RN to provide care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Join a collaborative care team in a high-tech environment committed to clinical excellence and patient safety.
This is a direct hire position with a U.S.-based employer. Full TN visa sponsorship and licensure guidance is provided for eligible Canadian RNs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients with cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical conditions
- Interpret telemetry rhythms and respond to clinical changes
- Administer medications and treatments per care plan
- Communicate effectively with physicians, care teams, and families
- Accurately document patient status and interventions using EMR systems
- Maintain safety protocols and quality standards of the facility
Qualifications:
- Canadian Citizenship (Required for TN visa)
- NCLEX Passed
- Minimum 1 year of Telemetry or Med-Surg experience (hospital setting preferred)
- Eligible for California RN License (support provided)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
