Do I need to be a Canadian citizen to apply?
Yes. The TN visa is only available to Canadian citizens under the U.S.–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA, formerly NAFTA).
If you’re a Canadian permanent resident or international graduate without citizenship, unfortunately, you are not eligible for TN visa-based placement. However, we’re working on future programs—feel free to join our mailing list to stay updated.
Yes. All nurses must pass the NCLEX before being eligible for placement in the U.S. healthcare system.
We do not charge nurses any placement fees. Your future employer covers our service.
We work with hospitals, home health providers, hospices, and outpatient clinics across the U.S.
Yes. TN visa holders can bring spouses and dependents under the TD visa. We’ll guide you on this.

Most placements are completed in 4–12 weeks depending on the nurse’s licensing status and your onboarding needs.

A job offer from your facility is required to qualify for a TN visa—you are the sponsor. However, unlike the H1B, there’s no lottery, no long processing times, and no expensive legal fees. TN visa applications are fast, affordable, and typically processed within days.
