iCare101 Healthcare Staffing Agency, also known hereafter as “the company” identifies the terms of use for this website (the “site”) that apply to all visitors (“users” or “subscribers”), including how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you and, based on the choices you may make, how we use this information. The site and its contents are owned and operated by the company. However, embedded in the site: www.iCare101.com  is a third-party software called BambooHR. Once you register, your information is migrated to that software. We use the software for talent management, workforce management, human resources, and other integrations to improve and make our operations efficient. 

The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice applies to the following individuals such as but not limited to job applicants, current employees and/ or independent contractors; former employees and/ or independent contractors; dependents or beneficiaries of the current company’s employees and/ or independent contractors; dependents or beneficiaries of the former company’s employees and/ or independent contractors; visitors to the company’s locations and visitors to the company’s websites and app. 

If you provide the company with personal information of third parties such as dependents, beneficiaries, and/or emergency contacts for employment purposes, you are responsible for informing these third parties of the limited purpose for which you provided their personal information and making them aware of the company’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice as applicable. Please take note that our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice do not cover how the company’s clients, subcontractors and third parties will handle your personal information; they have their own terms and conditions as well as privacy policy on how they handle personal information. 

The Terms and Conditions apply to this website and to the transactions related to our products and services. You may be bound by additional contracts related to your relationship with us or any products or services that you receive from us. If any provisions of the additional contracts conflict with any provisions of these Terms, the provisions of these additional contracts will control and prevail.

User information is then collected and shared with iCare101’s clients and trusted third-party affiliates. During background and qualification checks, drug tests, and occupational health assessments, we collect personal details and, depending on your position, may conduct background checks, drug tests, and health assessments to assess suitability for employment and maintain compliance. The information is gathered from you and third parties handling these checks on our behalf.

When providing staffing services to clients, we collect client-related information, including email addresses, phone numbers, communication logs, and relevant tax details for service payments to facilitate payments and fulfill legal obligations. This information is collected directly from you.

During legal, regulatory, or compliance audits, various information outlined in this Privacy Notice may be collected to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The information is collected from you and other relevant entities.
